Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Hybrid at R3 Continuum. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, and content marketing). Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation. Oversee website performance and user experience, including SEO strategy, content updates, and conversion rate optimization. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms; provide actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency. Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution. Own the configuration and optimization of CRM for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and reporting, including the design and implementation of automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and ABM campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a similar field required. Experience

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of managing successful campaigns. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and CMS systems; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and website optimization. Experience in B2B or professional services marketing is preferred. Experience maintaining brand consistency across internal and external channels; ABM familiarity is preferred. Physical Work Requirements

Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Office environment with standard equipment. Compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $59,115 - 66,250 per year. This range represents national average pay for similar roles; actual offer may consider experience, internal pay equity, and other factors. Additional
