Overview
Senior Value Consultant – Healthcare and Life Sciences at Adobe. The Senior Value Consultant will become an expert on how Adobe’s products provide quantifiable business value to Healthcare and Life Sciences customers. They will contribute to client engagements on large deals, create self-service value tools and assets, enable sales and solution consultants on value tools, and generate value-specific thought leadership in collaboration with other Adobe teams. Responsibilities
Lead teams on bespoke business case engagements by obtaining buy-in with C-level clients, coordinating with Sales, Solution Consulting and Product teams within Adobe, driving problem solving, and handing the business case to customers toward deal closure. Align with Sales leaders on deal prioritization for bespoke business cases. Enable and coach sellers on the business value of Adobe’s products for customers. Identify opportunities to develop new value assets and tools to scale Adobe’s ability to demonstrate value to customers. Collaborate with post-sales to track value realized for top accounts. Requirements
Experience developing quantitative ROI business cases for digital transformation initiatives or technological investments. Healthcare marketing analytics experience to prove the incremental financial value of marketing campaigns or patient outcomes. Familiarity with technological enablers of digital transformation (e.g., CMS, CDP, Campaign/Journey systems, Analytics systems). Strong knowledge and experience in health insurance, healthcare provider, pharmaceuticals, medical device or biotech industries and Adobe’s Experience Cloud products, with an eagerness to learn across domains. Expert client-facing written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management, financial analysis, and business research skills. Compensation and Employment Type
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 – $220,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The recruiter can share specifics for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) with short-term incentives via sales commission plans. Non-sales roles start as base salary with short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
