Overview Established, reputable law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Civil Litigation and 1+ years of experience with first-party/third-party insurance coverage. The role is 50/50 insurance coverage and insurance defense, with licensure in both NC & SC preferred, but candidates who can obtain both within the first year will be considered.
Salary range listed: $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
This position will include insurance coverage and insurance defense work.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Litigation
1-2 years of experience in 1st/3rd party insurance coverage
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Currently or within 1 year of employment, ability to obtain licensure in both NC and SC
Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a team-oriented environment

Hybrid work model (2 days remote)
Bonuses program with pay tied to billed hours
401(k) with 3% match
Flexible billable hours: standard target 1875 hours; bonuses begin at 1900 hours
