Work both individually and as part of a team to deliver high quality software solutions Build APIs for scenario generation calling into quant libraries Develop unit tests and promote continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle Maintain and support components Evaluate and improve component effectiveness Validate client data Automate processes where appropriate Generate formatted reports and files for clients and 3rd party APIs Improve and add to component documentation Persist data and build tools, dashboards and analytics for data analytics Essential
Experience as a Python Developer working on data-intensive numerical applications (e.g., NumPy, Pandas) Experience across the full software development lifecycle from design to release and maintenance Strong understanding of good design (SOLID), Pythonic code style and different paradigms (OO, Functional, Imperative) Experience with AWS Python SDK Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with product teams Familiarity with the Unix command line Familiarity with Git or similar source control Desirable
Understanding of financial derivatives including clearing houses, OTC vs listed derivatives, margin, capital Quantitative/data analysis background Experience with Java and/or C++ (for third-party libraries) Experience as a full-stack developer with React/JS frontend and Python backend Experience with relational database design and PostgreSQL Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary for this position is $81,500 - $135,900. Salary ranges may vary by location. The role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
