Senior Finance Associate– Boston, MA A leading global private investment firm is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join its Boston office. This role offers exposure across investment operations, fund reporting, and finance-related analytics. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in public accounting, audit, or tax, with strong technical and analytical skills. This is a full-time permanent position offering up to $110K base plus bonus! Responsibilities
Prepare fund financial reports, investor capital statements, and quarterly investment letters Analyze investment activity and performance; support taxable income and K-1 processes Interpret fund legal documents to apply capital calls, distributions, fees, and allocations Collaborate with internal teams (Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Deal Teams) to resolve reporting and data issues Work with operations and third-party administrators to reconcile and troubleshoot discrepancies Support system enhancements and process automation initiatives Assist with year-end audits and tax return preparation Qualifications
