The Business Office Manager over Revenue Cycle coding is responsible for the timely, accurate, and comprehensive review of provider claims to optimize reimbursement and ensure compliance with all regulatory statutes. This position also works with the department to identify trends and educational opportunities for providers to ensure proper coding, documentation, and accuracy of billing within their areas of responsibility/specialty. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent education/experience 5 to 10 years of equivalent work experience including progressive management experience and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position 5+ years of progressively more responsible related work and personnel management in the health care industry Preferred Qualifications
