Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support Production Planning/Execution, and Plant Maintenance in S4/HANA. Provide functional support for reports, interfaces, enhancements and prepare technical design documents and detailed specification for ABAP programming. Analyze existing business processes and data to identify areas of possible improvements and develop solutions that build value for the organization. Work together with internal customers, cross-functional teams, vendors, business partners to ensure successful implementations. Responsible for current and new localization in new M & A locations. Guide external consultants for localization process or specific requests Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or Information technology. 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP and SAP PM with in-depth processes exposure. At least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP ECC/S/4 HANA. Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP PP and PM applications in S/4 HANA environments in a batch managed environment. Extensive experience of SAP Plant Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, related Materials Management processes, and Order settlement processes. Experience with Forecasting/Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning for Process Industries, shop floor execution, and Quality Management processes. In depth knowledge of Master Data: Resources, BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, Equipment, Functional Locations, Preventative Maintenance Plans, Equipment BOMs, etc. Planned Orders/Firm Planned Orders Reorder Point/MRP Process Order Management Shop Floor Control, Detailed Scheduling Process Order Settlement Emergency Maintenance Orders Preventative Maintenance Orders Maintenance Scheduling Maintenance Order Settlement Knowledge of integration points across other SAP modules: MM, SD, QM and FI/CO. Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written communications. Open to work and interact with virtual teams. Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities.

What We Offer: $115,000 - $140,000 Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
