Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Lead and supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives; maintain billable client charging; lead delivery streams; manage projects; engage with external clients daily Travel may be required based on client needs Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation Responsibilities and Experience
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design of the solution Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work; exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results Understand the system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP FSCM modules (Credit, Collection, Dispute Management); strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable; exposure to other FICO modules preferred Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model desirable Knowledge of SAP FSCM leading practices and prior advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions Proficiency with one or more S4HANA SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, Treasury) as listed Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Experience developing functional specifications and strong system configuration experience Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and emotional agility Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience Exposure to other FICO modules SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4FIN or other finance certifications Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core module Additional qualifications that enhance success in this role Prior industry experience in an accounting department Experience in leading cross-functional teams Proactive problem-solving and decision-making approach What We Look For
