Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams; initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design; liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions; complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes Manage client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients; travel may be required based on client needs Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Controlling with focus on Product Costing, including production strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order) In-depth knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations; proficiency in integration with other modules (Material Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting); exposure to other FICO modules preferred Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and ability to deliver complex reporting requirements; knowledge of Product Costing leading practices and parallel ledgers/valuations Security roles familiarity related to Management Accounting processes Proficiency with one or more S4HANA SAP FICO, PP or MM modules; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues Experience developing functional specifications and strong system configuration experience Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, emotional agility, and willingness to travel Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core modules Additional SAP Finance certificates and cross-functional leadership experience What We Look For
