The role of the Sr. Marketing Manager – Growth Marketing (European Markets)

is to help drive the growth strategy across our performance marketing channels, including paid search and shopping, paid social, display, and video advertising, to drive sales, revenue, new customer acquisition, and eCommerce app user acquisition for the European Region. This role reports to the Director of Global Paid Media and supports the Director/General Manager of the European markets to develop strategies to scale and optimize performance marketing channels. You will lead and own all aspects of the European region’s paid media program, including managing the budget and media mix, monitoring campaign performance and optimization, building and implementing a testing framework, optimizing creative to drive performance, and developing reporting for stakeholders and leadership. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, creative, and has deep experience driving growth for enterprise e-commerce companies. Advanced Excel skills are required, and you should be comfortable pulling and manipulating data to create analyses and reporting that drive actionable insights. Job Expectations

Help drive iHerb’s paid search and shopping, paid social, display, and video performance marketing strategies from conception to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. Develop strategies to drive eCommerce User App Acquisition through paid media, ASO, etc. Collaborate with the European region lead and specialists to scale the paid media program and identify opportunities and new platforms to test. Plan and manage large-scale campaigns on search platforms (e.g., Google and Bing Search and Shopping) and on social/display platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc.) using native tools to execute and optimize campaigns. Partner with business insights, product, and engineering teams to enhance tracking (web and app) and develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting to scale campaigns efficiently. Optimize campaigns to meet/exceed goals through channel-specific levers (copy changes, keyword research, bid adjustments, automation, budget Allocation, A/B testing, placement testing, creative optimization, product feed optimization, etc.). Support product feed marketing efforts (Google Shopping, Facebook DPA, shopping comparison sites). Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders to execute campaigns. Collaborate with creative resources to develop assets to achieve goals. Collaborate with Earned and influencer media teams to run paid social strategies alongside organic social strategies. Ensure overall cost per acquisition (CPA) is within targets and drive customer acquisition at scale. Serve as main point of contact for outside vendor and agency relationships. Maintain relevant certifications such as Google AdWords Certified Professional. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required: Understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics and processes. Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing channels and business objectives. Proven track record of developing and executing innovative performance marketing campaigns at strategic and tactical levels. Extensive knowledge of paid search, paid social and display across platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.). Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, and other major media buying platforms. Deep understanding of customer analytics and attribution (CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn, etc.). Comfortable in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-directed with tact, diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with internal departments and external partners. Effective oral communication and ability to work cooperatively with teams inside and outside the department. Equipment Knowledge

G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, and other ad platforms. Hands-on experience with paid search management platforms, product feed management platforms, and/or tag management technology Knowledge of Asana or other task management platforms is a plus. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics Experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust is a plus Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas Experience Requirements

At least 4-5+ years of experience in paid search, paid social, display and video marketing, preferably in a mid-to-large scale e-commerce B2C company or with an advertising agency managing similar size campaigns. Experience driving campaigns from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis. Experience with Google Search and Shopping, Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, programmatic display advertising, and YouTube video advertising. Education Requirements
