Overview
The Manager, Audiences will work closely with internal teams across strategy, investment, analytics, and ad tech to integrate audience data into media strategies for our client. This role is pivotal in translating client goals into actionable data solutions, ensuring the effective use of data and technology to drive media and audience strategies. The Manager will guide teams in demonstrating audience data tools, such as DMPs, CDPs, and other Publicis data platforms, to optimize media planning and execution across multiple channels, including digital, video, social, mobile, and offline media. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with clients and data/technology vendors, staying ahead of industry trends, and providing thought leadership to drive smarter, data-driven media strategies. The Manager will oversee the creation of documentation, including timelines, POVs, and audience profiles, and will lead innovative solutions to meet client needs and address emerging challenges. Responsibilities
Guide clients in launching and managing DSPs, Attribution, CDPs, Epsilon People Cloud and other Publicis data tools and audience-based technologies across multiple channels, including display, video, social, mobile, and offline media. Design Audience Targeting & Segmentation Strategies, and producing Audience Planning and/or Measurement deliverables. Drive the use of audience data to inform media strategies aligned with client objectives. Build and maintain relationships with data/technology vendors, internal agency teams, and clients. Stay informed about current AdTech/MarTech ecosystem trends to provide thought leadership. Author, review, and oversee media-related documentation such as timelines, POVs, RFPs, audience profiles, and client memos. Integrate audience data into the media planning process for smarter, data-driven planning. Present data strategy recommendations and performance reports to clients, incorporating insights from Publicis tools, client data, and syndicated audience resources. Define and track audience groups, coordinate data sharing with partners, and compile performance reports. Lead innovative solutions to meet client needs and address emerging challenges. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital media, including consulting (strategy/operations), advanced analytics, marketing technology, or digital strategy/buying. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools: DSPs, DMPs, third-party audience data, cross-screen OLV, and data analytics. Experience with Boolean Logic, and SQL or Python programming languages would be a plus, but is not required. Experience demonstrating audience data for strategic investment and communication decisions. Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and a proven ability to operate in high-pressure environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Additional Information
