About the Role
As a Outbound Marketing Associate at GlossGenius, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic shift towards larger customers by driving lead generation, engagement and customer conversion. You will be responsible for building and scaling our outbound email marketing engine to target and nurture B2B prospects through the funnel and drive pipeline growth. You will start with email marketing and over time expand into developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns as part of our account-based marketing (ABM) motion. You will report to the Manager, Special Projects. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays). What You'll Do
Build and scale our marketing outbound email engine end-to-end to generate qualified pipeline including designing and executing outbound email campaigns Measure and analyze outbound email campaign performance, turn results into actionable insights, and run structured A/B tests to optimize messaging and tactics Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, metrics, campaign approaches, handoffs and processes Continuously gather customer learnings and translate insights into sharper campaign strategy and execution Leverage an AI-first GTM tech stack to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including automation, personalization and intent tools like Clay, Unify GTM, Hubspot, 6sense, etc. Design and execute multi-channel Account-based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts as needed What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound email marketing role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company Proven track record designing and executing marketing outbound email campaigns that drive qualified pipeline Excellent email copywriting skills with the ability to craft persona- and funnel stage-specific messages that drive engagement and conversion Proficiency in advanced customer segmentation and personalization, including the use of intent signals, to build high-performing outbound email campaigns Comfortable pulling data and translating performance metrics into actionable insights and strategic adjustments Demonstrated experience executing integrated ABM campaigns that orchestrate multi-channel outreach in close partnership with Sales Flexible PTO Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially or fully covered by GG Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses Dependent Care FSA Home office support Team Bonding opportunities - as a distributed team, being able to build meaningful bonds both virtually and in person is incredibly important to us! The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering. Note: Office location and in-person work expectations noted above reflect current policy and may be subject to change.
