to join our team and help shape the future of learning across our organisation. About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, youll be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences across a range of formatsincluding eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and microlearning. Youll work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business goals and learner needs. Key Responsibilities
Conduct learning needs assessments and content mapping Design and develop instructional materials using models like ADDIE or SAM Create engaging content for digital and face-to-face delivery (e.g., storyboards, scripts, assessments) Build eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and compliance Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics Maintain and update learning content to ensure ongoing relevance What Youll Bring
Proven experience in instructional design or learning development Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia design software Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Willingness to obtain a
National Police Check ,
NDIS Worker Screening Check , and
Working with Children Check Desirable Skills
Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, SAP SuccessFactors) Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards Graphic design or video editing capabilities Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments Why Join Possability Group?
