Partners Professional is assisting our client in securing a
VP. Of Marketing
at their facility located in Savannah/Pooler GA. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This placement is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive salary, bonus/commission and benefits package. Being located in the Savannah GA area is desired due to there not being an official relocation package budgeted. Key Responsibilities
Designs and executes programs that create demand for organizational products and services, generating qualified leads for the sales department. Identifies new or underserved markets and develops targeted advertising channels, campaigns, events, and promotions. Develop and implement a scalable marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Lead brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email, and social media. Manage content creation and storytelling to engage target audiences. Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts and generate qualified leads for sales. Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, media, and PR. Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in tactical goods, outdoor gear, or related consumer products. Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs in a small to mid-sized company and taking it to exponential growth. Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and e-commerce growth. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with marketing tools and platforms Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance [Social Media platform restrictions, Berry Amendment, ITAR, etc.] Passion for and current user of tactical, outdoor, or defense-related products is highly desirable. Our client is an outstanding leader in production and design of advanced tactical gear, equipment, and medical equipment for those who need, are interested in acquiring and utilizing it in its highest quality and effectiveness.
