The Role We are seeking a Senior Associate, Affiliate and Performance Partnerships to join the Lume + Mando Marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive brand growth and visibility by scaling our affiliate program, developing new marketing channels, and fostering key brand partnerships. You will forge high-level relationships across DTC, Amazon, and Retail on behalf of Lume + Mando.
What You Will Accomplish
Operational Management: Manage day-to-day tasks for Lume and Mando’s affiliate programs, including monitoring coupon code leakage, ensuring placements go live on schedule, negotiating placements, tracking paid placements, and more.
Application and Program Management: Help manage and report on affiliate campaigns run through Impact, TikTok Shops, Creator Connections, Amazon Associates, and Amazon Affiliates; build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.
Build Relationships: Source and recruit new partners for the Lume affiliate program across Amazon, DTC, and Retail; ensure partners are set up for success with brand guidelines and best practices.
Maintenance and Support: Create engaging pitches to editorial partners and ambassadors, keep them updated on product launches and promotions, send newsletters to affiliate partners, and track opportunities to leverage Amazon’s Creator Commerce ecosystem.
Industry Insights: Compile industry research and competitive intel to guide opportunities and recommendations.
Strategic Thinking: Support affiliate marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing goals for Amazon, DTC, and Retail.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance across DTC, Amazon, and Retail; provide actionable insights to improve ROI, track ROAS, CPA, and new-to-brand customers; share regular performance summaries with the Affiliate Manager.
Amazon vs. Amazon Associates: Understand nuances between Amazon Attribution and the Amazon Associates program and apply guidance to stay compliant with updated policy (effective December 20, 2024).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Marketing, Amazon, Influencer, and Analytics teams to execute campaigns, product gifting, and align on gifting goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting management of affiliate programs at Amazon, DTC, or eCommerce brands.
Experience building programs and owning day-to-day affiliate management; familiarity with TikTok Shops Affiliates, Linkby, ShopMy, LTK, and Amazon Associates is a plus.
Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Impact Radius, CJ, Levanta, and others.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building internal and external partnerships.
Strong organizational skills and a data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; collaborative and ego-free team player.
Curious and motivated to learn about direct-to-consumer growth marketing.
