As our Risk Technology practice expands, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager focused on Oracle application security and controls technology enablement. You will manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and contribute to business development on strategic and global priority accounts. We support career-long training and coaching to develop skills in risk strategy, risk function design, risk management and performance enhancement. You will be part of EY’s Risk Technology national practice, helping clients implement technology solutions that enrich decision making, provide visibility and transparency of risk and compliance, and automate manual processes. Key Responsibilities

Leverage knowledge of IT environments and industry trends to develop innovative risk management and governance solutions for clients. Lead EY teams responsible for transforming risk functions and implementing leading-practice technology solutions. Skills And Attributes For Success

Leverage Oracle security and controls experience and strong project management to lead client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in assessment, design and implementation of controls, security, and IT risk solutions. Deliver analyses and recommendations clearly and accurately. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Drive high-quality work products within timeframes and budget. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience. Understanding of Oracle business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash). Experience with controls testing, sensitive access and segregation of duties testing. Advanced project management and client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and teaming skills with ability to train, coach and manage staff. Valid driver’s license in the US and valid passport; willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional. Oracle Cloud and/or Workday ERP implementation project management and support experience. Industry certifications (e.g., CPA/CA, CISA, RICS). Strong understanding of IT industry trends. Foundational understanding of auditing and assessing Oracle technologies. What We Look For
