LHH is assisting a full-service law firm is seeking a Corporate and Private Equity Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join its team in San Francisco. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in acquisition financing transactions for private equity funds and the ability to lead transactions independently. Key Qualifications
25 years of experience in acquisition financing transactions for private equity funds Demonstrated ability to lead transactions Experience working on borrower-side matters Strong academic record Excellent writing and oral communication skills Ability to work independently with clients and colleagues Must be barred in California
Location & Compensation
Location: San Francisco (Hybrid 3 days in office per week) Billable Hours: 1,950 annually, including 50 hours for DEI and Pro Bono Bonus Structure: Primarily based on billable hours met, with additional consideration for work quality and contributions to firm success Base Salary Range: $235,000$355,000, depending on experience
