As part of the Ecosystem Marketing team, you’ll empower partners, developers, and integration providers to extend Atlassian’s products and drive impact for millions of users worldwide. In this cross‑functional role, you’ll collaborate with product marketing, customer marketing, and product management to amplify ecosystem value, expand opportunity, accelerate adoption, and build awareness for partner-built apps, integrations, and developer solutions. You’ll help shape the future of work by enabling teams everywhere to unleash their potential through trusted, flexible, and innovative solutions. What You’ll Do

Oversee Ecosystem Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to engage current users and attract new customers to the Atlassian Marketplace and Ecosystem. Manage the editorial calendar, define themes, and curate high‑quality materials from multiple sources. Create and Manage Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, newsletters, in‑app, webinars, community, blog, partner channels, and social) to increase Marketplace visibility and drive top‑of‑funnel traffic. Curate and Produce Content: Oversee creation of customer‑facing content such as app roundups, app spotlights, case studies, customer stories, and feature articles. Ensure content is relevant, high‑quality, and aligned with driving awareness and adoption of the Ecosystem and Marketplace. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work with Product Marketing Managers, Partner teams, and external agencies to co‑create marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, co‑branded content, and cross‑promotional activities. Measure and Optimize: Monitor key performance indicators (traffic, engagement, installs) to assess and improve content and campaigns. Optimize content for SEO and emerging AEO to ensure easy discovery of ecosystem solutions across search and AI interfaces. Champion the Ecosystem and Marketplace: Advocate for the Atlassian Ecosystem and Marketplace to demonstrate the full potential of Marketplace apps in the Atlassian experience. About You

3–5 years of experience in content management, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging materials for diverse audiences. Proven experience in content marketing, campaign management, or product marketing—ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying complex topics. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform strategy and optimize results. Passion for developer ecosystems, marketplaces, or partner‑driven growth is a plus. Why Join Us?

At Atlassian, compensation programs are designed to be equitable and competitive. The role may be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. The base pay ranges in the United States are: Zone A: $131,400 – $171,550 Zone B: $118,800 – $155,100 Zone C: $109,800 – $143,350 Visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for location details and confirm the zone with your recruiter.
