BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a Projects Tax Associate with a strong interest in renewable energy to join its project finance group. This position is available in multiple locations, including Washington, D.C., New York, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, San Antonio, San Francisco, and St. Louis. The role involves supporting senior associates and partners on projects related to solar, wind, geothermal, and other renewable energy initiatives.
Duties
Support senior associates and partners on renewable energy projects. Engage with project developers, lenders, and investors. Participate in complex financing and tax transactions. Stay informed on federal tax law developments. Requirements
2-5 years' experience as a tax lawyer. Familiarity with renewable energy incentives and partnership taxation preferred. Strong academic credentials. Prior work experience within a large law firm preferred. Education
LLM in taxation preferred. Certifications
None specified. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
