In this role, you will support a wide variety of legal matters, from contract negotiation to compliance, helping TFL achieve its business goals while minimizing risk. CFO Responsibilities & Job Duties (Include, but not limited to):

Business and Contract Support: Draft, review, negotiate and interpret a variety of agreements, including ticketing agreements, event-related contracts, confidentiality agreements, service/vendor contracts, and employment agreements Develop and refine templates, transaction workflows and systems for contract management Vendor and Software Contract Renewals: Lead all vendor and software contract renewals, renegotiating terms to drive cost savings and improve service Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate contract performance and identify opportunities Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards Monitor regulatory developments relevant to TFLs business and provide strategic guidance on implications and actions required Risk Management and Strategic Advice: Advise internal teams on legal and business risks related to deals, employment law, privacy, insurance, intellectual property and other matters Provide practical, actionable solutions to complex challenges Anticipate potential risks and offer solutions aligned with business goals Policy Development and Enforcement: Maintain, improve and enforce company policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization Cross Departmental Collaboration: Partner with leadership, finance, operations and other departments to support business initiatives, address legal needs and contribute to strategic decision-making. Qualifications

Experience and Credentials: 3+ years of transactional experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (5+ preferred) Juris Doctor degree and admission in good standing to a U.S. state bar Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a strong plus Skills and Attributes: Exceptional contract drafting, review and negotiation skills Sharp attention to detail, analytical skills and time management Clear, persuasive communicator (written and verbal) Proactive, business-minded and committed to integrity Passion for the Industryagenuine interest in the live event ticketing business and associated legal issues Benefits
