We’re seeking a

visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to help architect the financial future of NGZ AI. As a core member of our leadership team, you will drive fundraising strategy, capital allocation, and investor relations while ensuring we scale responsibly and profitably. This is not just a finance role—it’s a chance to shape the long-term value and trajectory of a mission-driven company as we move from

early-stage innovation through Series A and beyond . What You’ll Do

Lead

capital strategy and fundraising efforts , including venture financing, institutional investors, and strategic partnerships. Own

investor relations : build strong relationships, craft compelling financial narratives, and drive shareholder confidence. Partner with the CEO to refine growth strategy and position NGZ AI for long-term success. Build robust

financial models

for scaling, revenue forecasting, and contract valuation. Oversee accounting, compliance, and financial controls that support growth while maintaining fiscal discipline. Evaluate M&A, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities. Assemble and lead a world-class finance and operations team aligned with our mission and growth. What We’re Looking For

Proven success as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a

high-growth or venture-backed company . Direct experience with

raising capital (Seed, Series A, Series B, etc.)

and managing investor relations. Deep expertise in

financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets . Strong grasp of

federal contracting, healthcare markets, or regulated industries

(a plus). Strategic communicator with the ability to inspire investors and align stakeholders around the company vision. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred). Must be a U.S. Veteran Compensation and Benefits
