Financial Services - Customer Tax Operations and Reporting - Tax Services Senior Analyst-EDGE at EY. Location: Anywhere in country. EY EDGE stands for Exceptional Delivery and Growth Engine. This team provides dedicated tax technical services to US and global clients within EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO). The opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality tax services in a technical, process-driven environment. Your Key Responsibilities

Work independently to identify problem areas and determine actions needed to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate tax returns, tax research, tax accounting, and tax projects. Lead moderately complex tax projects including implementation of new tax laws and analysis of tax methods of accounting, processes, or calculations for compliance purposes. Identify moderately complex tax-related issues and provide recommended solutions via research, position development, and documentation. Lead the preparation and review of moderately complex tax/accounting regulatory and tax compliance with limited supervision. Perform and document research and analysis on related accounting and tax issues. Guide team members and act as a role model on moderately complex tax projects. Keep knowledge up to date on new tax and accounting developments and EY standard technologies and processes related to the job function. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics 4 – 6 years of increasingly diverse or moderately complex experience in a related field Ability to prioritize, handle, and track multiple assignments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently; some supervision skills required Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills Experience with financial and tax applications such as GoSystems, CorpTax, Onesource, as required by area of specialization Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proficiency in tax accounting systems Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment Ideally, you’ll also have

CPA, EA, licensed attorney, Project Management Professional, or Six Sigma Black Belt (not required) What We Look For
