WPP Studio X is seeking a highly experienced

Associate Creative Director, Design

to lead creative excellence across global brands within the Coca-Cola portfolio. This role is ideal for a senior designer who has successfully led teams, driven large-scale campaigns, and is ready to take ownership of creative initiatives with confidence and minimal oversight. You will shape the creative vision, translate global strategies into local impact, and inspire teams across markets. Key Responsibilities

Lead design direction for WPP Studio X on global-to-local campaigns across the Coca-Cola ecosystem. Mentor, guide, and inspire design teams to produce work that is innovative, high-quality, and brand-aligned. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Producers to deliver creative solutions that balance bold ideas with business objectives. Translate global toolkits into localized, market-ready executions that resonate with diverse audiences. Present and defend creative work confidently to senior stakeholders, both internally and with clients. Maintain and elevate design craft, consistency, and innovation across all Studio X outputs. Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience designing for global brands, ideally within CPG or large-scale marketing campaigns. Proven experience leading creative teams and projects at the ACD or senior design lead level. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, design systems, and global-to-local execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. What You’ll Bring
