We are actively seeking talented Senior Associates and Associate Attorneys to join our growing practice. Why join us? Job details We represent a broad spectrum of clients in high-stakes civil litigation matters, with a focus on complex disputes that require strategic, responsive legal representation. Our civil litigation team handles cases involving general liability defense, tort and negligence claims, professional liability and malpractice defense, employment-related litigation, construction disputes, insurance defense, products liability, and property damage. Duties Work hybrid remote Manage all phases of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Collaborate with partners and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality legal services Handle a wide range of matters which may include medical malpractice, nursing home defense, insurance coverage disputes, pharmaceutical liability, and equitable relief proceedings Looking For J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey Minimum 2 years of experience with civil litigation Prior experience with one or more of the above practice areas Interested in hearing more?
