[WEBTOON] Compensation Specialist/Compensation Manager

The Compensation Specialist/Manager will work with leadership and HR to design, implement, and manage total rewards programs that align with the companys values and objectives. Responsibilities

Work with headquarter HR to develop and implement compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity awards, to attract, retain, and empower employees Create recognition programs that reward contributions and performance Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus payouts Maintain and update salary ranges and compensation structures Participate in and analyze compensation surveys to gather market data and identify competitive pay practices Conduct ad-hoc market pricing for new and existing roles to ensure external competitiveness Research compensation trends and best practices within the industry and for public companies Manage and maintain compensation data in HRIS and other compensation systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity Develop and generate compensation reports and analyses to support business decisions Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requests related to compensation Ensure all compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, SOX) Assist in documenting compensation processes and policies Participate in special projects related to compensation (e.g., new program design, system implementations, or M&A activities) Stay informed of emerging trends in total rewards and regularly evaluate and recommend changes to ensure programs remain competitive Collaborate with People Partners, admin, and other stakeholders to communicate and implement total rewards programs Collaborate across the HR team to improve core associate services and lead process improvements in People Services Manage and develop direct reports involved in compensation-related responsibilities Qualifications

5+ years of experience in total rewards/compensation with a track record of developing and implementing successful programs Familiarity with public company compensation practices, executive compensation, and proxy disclosures (preferred) Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a team Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned to business goals Experience with headquarter HR or working closely with HQ Familiarity with compensation survey providers (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Aon) Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to total rewards Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion What We Offer

$90,000 - $160,000 USD

per year. Compensation Specialist:

$90,000 - $120,000 USD ; Compensation Manager:

$100,000 - $160,000 USD .
