Hardware Test Engineer
to join a fast-growing technology business. This role offers the chance to work on advanced systems that are reshaping people train in dynamic, real-world environments. Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and executing test plans for computer hardware and optical systems. Providing on-site technical support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced training systems. Creating test equipment, validating hardware products, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Designing test fixtures and tools, running debugging processes, and carrying out failure analysis. Collaborating with engineering teams, partners, and suppliers to refine hardware performance. Supporting manufacturing troubleshooting and coordinating with external test labs. Developing validation plans, recording results, and communicating outcomes to relevant teams. What were looking for
Bachelors degree (or higher) in a STEM field. Background in aviation is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Python and experience with command line/Linux. Strong knowledge of test equipment, validation processes, and debugging tools. Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. US Citizenship (required for potential security clearance). Willingness to travel up to 10%. Whats on offer
