The SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) capability helps clients transform logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality and effectiveness. Your Role
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. You will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects and workstreams, ensuring effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Perform configuration of SAP EWM and other related SAP modules. Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen. Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Skills And Attributes For Success

You will translate requirements into effective business solutions, configuring SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically, 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience working with SAP EWM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Negotiation and influencing skills. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, additional qualifications: Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facilities. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a transparent base salary range. For this role in the US, base salary ranges from $142,600 to $261,500, with NYC Metro, WA, and CA ranges higher; actual salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards includes medical/dental, pension/401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid model: most client-serving work is in-person 40-60% of the time over engagements or a year.
