About The Role In this role, you will help develop, implement, and optimize online brand marketing. The goal is to generate brand awareness within the digital space, drive web traffic, and support customer acquisition and retention through understanding the target consumer and competitive retail landscape. What You’ll Do Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, creative, and production partners on in-season marketing campaign execution, including creative reviews and quality-assurance testing. Identify new tactics to trial to drive brand sales and innovation. Pull data analytics, as needed, and leverage data to measure marketing effectiveness. Own marketing calendar updates and change orders. Track email content marketing performance and determine campaigns longevity based on effectiveness and product inventory levels. Identify site and email A/B testing opportunities and draw learnings to inform future marketing strategy. Contribute to seasonal brand marketing campaign briefs through strategic ideation and competitive analysis. Identify digital photography needs monthly, in collaboration with store and promotional marketing leads, and optimize shot needs across channels to stay on time and on budget. Partner with styling to ensure marketed messages align with product investments, consumer insights, and design trends. Who You Are 4-7 years of marketing experience. Organized, with strong attention to detail. Self-starter and leader with effective communication. Keen understanding of trends and the ability to respond to macro-economic shifts and changing consumer behavior. Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas across channels and teams, for simple and complex challenges. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity to meet business goals. Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of retail fundamentals and financial metrics. Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing change. Strategic mindset and problem-solving ability. Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to the subject area. $114,900 - $152,200 USD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range based on city, county and state requirements.
