The Temporary Director is instrumental in developing strategies, planning, and ensuring proper implementation of digital marketing programs to meet and exceed client goals. A successful Temporary Director will have strong attention to detail and take ownership of educating junior team members and delivering value to clients. Responsibilities

Demonstrate strategic insight to develop long-term execution plans from client objectives, implement those plans, and achieve key metrics defined by the client Analyze data to extract insights and tell the story in line with the client’s business goals Lead resources, track progress, and supervise Strategist(s) and/or Coordinator(s) to execute programs Present strategic and tactical plans to clients, staff, and internal teams Provide regular insight and training to challenge and develop junior team members Facilitate forecasting, budgeting, pacing, campaign creation and optimization Identify opportunities for campaign expansion based on business concepts and client objectives Manage relationships with search engines and technology partners (e.g., DoubleClick, Kenshoo) and other partners Qualifications

8+ years of work experience; proven experience in programmatic execution/planning and activation required; other digital advertising or social experience is a plus Optimize and manage client programmatic strategy to meet micro and macro goals; ownership of DSP/SSP vetting and selection Accountability for daily programmatic team operations and campaign excellence Ability to lead programmatic team members effectively Identify and test new programmatic channels/products, communicating client value Identify training and development needs of client and broader teams Instill best practices, processes, methodologies, and frameworks; ensure adoption across teams In-depth knowledge of online advertising industry including RTB, DSPs/SSPs, ecosystems, and data privacy Experience working with publishers directly Compensation and Availability

The company expects to publish a pay range at posting time. Compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care FSA, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD. Compensation Range: $2,500—$3,500 USD. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
