Business Development Manager - Government role at

Quindar . This position leads the US Government capture strategy, identifying, shaping, and capturing major opportunities in the national security space sector. The focus is on making opportunities happen, not only chasing RFPs, and delivering with cross-functional teams. What Youll Do

Generate and capture business opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the client base, monitoring buying cycles, and informing capture strategies. Own and drive end-to-end capture lifecycle, from early opportunity shaping through proposal development and contract award. Grow existing business by partnering with engineering and program management teams to expand work with current clients and qualify new pursuits. Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the DoD, IC, and space-related mission partners. Inform product roadmap development by translating tailored growth strategies aligned with customer priorities into clear product needs. Track and influence policy, acquisition trends, and budgetary shifts to identify early opportunities. Foster a culture of trust, open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement. Deliver on financial performance commitments and strategic market growth. Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry experience. Familiarity with DoD and IC communities and understanding of government acquisition. Experience supporting space ground C2 programs in service of DoD or IC customers. High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and customers. Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with program stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant DoD programs, enabling technologies, systems integration, communications, and software development. Adaptive leader who can bring innovative approaches to market. Comfortable working with limited resources. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems. Strong connections within relevant program offices and government customer accounts. Experience working with classified and/or special access programs. Demonstrated success in leading, scaling, or transitioning programs. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to successful completion. Compensation

US Base Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 USD OTE:

Up to $300,000 USD (50% Base / 50% Variable) ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
