Equities - Systematic Trading - Executive Director Join to apply for the Equities - Systematic Trading - Executive Director role at JPMorganChase. As an Executive Director Trader of the US Cash Equities Central Risk Book (CRB) in Global Equities you will work in close partnership with technology and quant research professionals to enhance client execution through systematic liquidity provision, research and implement strategies to improve desk profitability and manage the risk and operation of our systematic trading. US Cash Equities provides risk and agency-trading capabilities to global clients executing in US-listed stocks. Responsibilities

Research and implementation of trading signals and liquidity provision strategies in US cash equities and futures Development of alpha signals to overlay across the entire CRB portfolio Manage and track the profitability of productionized trading and alpha signals Oversight and development of the systematic risk management of the desk’s portfolio using risk models and optimisers Development of risk pricing and execution cost models to reduce costs and improve profitability Collaborate proactively with the CRB technology and quant research team members, as well as with the global CRB team Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Experience trading and managing risk in US markets Proven trading track record of systematic trading profitability and understanding of common systematic trading strategies Fluency in quantitative data analysis using latest tools, preferably Python, Pandas and KDB Organizational and time management skills Strong communication, both real-time and technical communication About Us
