BPA Program Manager

Role Description: The BPA Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the United States Capitol Police (USCP) and provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) BPA. This role is responsible for the quality and efficiency of all task orders issued under the BPA, including technical issues and business processes. The Program Manager ensures seamless execution of contract activities, manages deliverables and schedules, and maintains proactive communication with the Government. Salary: $139K-189K Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as Transition Manager for the contract. Provide overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, and reporting. Assign taskings to contractor personnel and supervise ongoing technical efforts. Manage overall performance of all task orders issued under the BPA. Respond to Government issues, concerns, and problems proactively. Be onsite at the Fairchild Building in Washington, DC five days per week. Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. Seven or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment. Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience managing complex IT architectures and leading diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer satisfaction tracking and quality control programs. Knowledge of various types of audits including Financial and Assessment and Authorization. About ActioNet
