Base pay range $270,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Sign-on bonus RSUs Our client, a leading Bay Area biotech company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with pharma or biotech product counseling experience. What You’ll Do: Advise on commercialization of biotech products, including advertising and promotion, market access, medical affairs, and government affairs. Advise on FDA regulatory issues. Partner with cross-functional teams on business strategies and risk mitigation. Interpret and apply laws related to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act. You must have the following qualifications in order to be considered: 7+ years of legal experience, including significant work in FDA and healthcare law. JD and U.S. bar membership. Experience supporting biotech commercial or medical functions. Clear, practical communication style and strong business judgment. Preferred: In-house experience in the life sciences industry.
