Job Title: Product Owner Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid, 2 - 3 days per week onsite) Duration: Contract We are looking for a Product Owner who is responsible for the execution of product roadmap and delivers the features on time, meeting objectives. Monitors product performance and user feedback for continuously refining the product. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Understand, articulate and execute product vision and roadmap. Actively manage the product backlog, implementation planning and operational readiness. Ability to adapt in a fast paced, Agile SAFe scrum environment. Competent, self-starter with ability to work independently, solve problems, prioritize work appropriately, and communicate with various stakeholders. Coordinate with application consumers and various stakeholders (including other POs) to understand business problems, requirements, and goals that the business team need to achieve. Work with value stream architects, technical SMEs to come up with solutions and ensure that solution meets business needs. Define user stories, continuously groom user stories and prioritize product backlog with scrum teams based on business priorities. Good analytical skills with the ability to understand data integration points, process workflows from an end-to-end perspective. Manage and analyze business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts. Coordinate with various stakeholders (business owners, end users) and technical teams for the delivery of features, sprint planning and demos. Conduct end-to-end impact analysis, design reviews, test case reviews to ensure that the business vision, goals and requirements are met. Details
