The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of managers and analysts to develop and execute pricing strategies and to support senior merchandising leadership to achieve their financial and operational goals. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of the end-to-end pricing cycle strategy in setting base price points, executing promotion vehicles, managing price tests, and implementing promotions and exit strategies. The Director will consider competitive position, line structure, cost, and other inputs to make the right pricing decisions. This role will utilize best-in-class pricing practices, including customer demand modeling, elasticity, scenario analysis, and rules-based pricing to support the merchants. The Pricing Director collaborates with leadership in Analytics, FP&A, IT, Merchandising Operations, and other teams to measure, optimize and innovate pricing and promo strategies, tools, models, and analytics. The Pricing Director works directly with the GMM, representing approximately a third of the overall business, and works with MVPs in respective areas of the business. What You Will Do

Strategic Pricing Leadership: Lead the end-to-end pricing strategy across base, promotional, and end-of-life pricing as assigned. Develop and communicate a long-term pricing vision that aligns with category and enterprise objectives and market positioning. Market and Competitive Analysis: Leverage industry knowledge and market intelligence to assess competitive pricing landscapes, identify trends, and recommend pricing actions. Advanced Analytics and AI Integration: Utilize analytics, customer demand modeling, elasticity analysis, and automated or AI-driven pricing tools to inform and optimize pricing decisions. Interpret automated recommendations and ensure alignment with business strategy. Financial and Business Impact: Apply financial acumen to evaluate pricing strategies and their impact on revenue, margin, and customer behavior. Partner with Finance and Merchandising to ensure pricing supports performance targets. Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the primary pricing advisor to GMM/SVP and MVPs, influencing key decisions and embedding pricing strategies in category planning. Organizational Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion talent development and succession planning within pricing. Strategic Execution and Governance: Ensure pricing strategies are executed with consistency across the organization, including verification of end-state store signage and online experiences prior to store openings. Enforce pricing guardrails and governance frameworks to maintain integrity and alignment with enterprise goals. Thought Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through pricing transformations requiring alignment across multiple business units and executive stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or equivalent experience. 10 years of experience in Price Management, Merchandising, Financial Planning and Analysis, Store Operations, or Logistics. Experience as a Lead Merchant and/or Pricing Lead in an omni-channel retail environment. Experience in cross-functional teams, leadership with direct report responsibility, data elements or financial metrics analyses. At least 2 years of experience working closely with senior leadership (VP and above) and 5+ years of managing direct reports. Preferred Skills/Education

Master's Degree (MBA) or equivalent experience. 11-15 years plus prior corporate retail pricing, promotions or competitive intelligence analytics or strategy experience. At least 12 years of comparable experience plus 5 years with price optimization solutions. About Lowe’s
