You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture and implementation—designing integration patterns and collaborating with clients in real-time.
You review a customer’s environment and map how Protegrity’s platform can be integrated to meet data protection goals.
You collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical blueprints and help bring solutions to life.
You provide guidance to client implementation teams during ESA configurations, DSG deployments, or Cloud API integrations.
You act as a trusted technical partner during critical delivery milestones.
You lead Q&A sessions, offer consultative support during installations, and promote best practices across environments.
Responsibilities May Include But Not Be Limited To
Design and implement integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture and data protection goals.
Provide over-the-shoulder guidance to client implementation teams during installs, configuration, and validation—especially in multi-phase deployments.
Lead technical working sessions and office hours to support customer teams through ESA, DSG, and Protector installations, following delivery milestones.
Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to ensure solutions are technically sound and scalable.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable integration plans and diagrams using Visio, Draw.io, or PowerPoint.
Develop and document best practices, reusable templates, and repeatable delivery processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
Maintain deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, integration approaches, and DevOps practices to inform design and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8–12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, integration engineering, or technical delivery roles.
Ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.
Hands-on experience with integration tools, APIs (RESTful/SOAP), and data platforms (ETL, RDBMS, data lakes, warehouses).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration in cloud and hybrid environments.
Proficiency in SQL and at least two programming languages (preferably Python, Java and/or C#).
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting customer teams through implementation milestones, including installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering integration-heavy projects.
Familiarity with Protegrity’s packaged delivery model, including ESA, DSG, and Protector deployment milestones.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Active CISSP or equivalent certification is a plus.
