McDonald's . We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to support our Global Legal Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud platforms and supporting the Technical Product Management leadership in implementation approaches, tech stack selections, and providing technical guidance for developers and team members. Also, the role includes managing the quality and efficiency of external vendor teams to ensure they are delivering to the standards required by McDonald’s. This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team, focused on Global Legal Operations, where our vision is to "Always people led, product centric, future focused & trusted technology partner of choice". Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines. Coordinate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of cloud platforms, including Onit, Team Connect, and other internal legal software platforms. Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and project progress. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Prepare and present reports on the progress and success of the project to senior leadership. Ensure legal compliance throughout all project operations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed. Maintain a detailed understanding of the legal landscape, including developments that could affect or improve project delivery. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 8+ years of software development experience that includes application of Agile techniques and delivery practices. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a legal or corporate environment. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Onit and Team Connect. Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for report development and data visualization. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compensation and Benefits
