Responsible for the safe operation of the GIV aircraft. Review the maintenance status of the aircraft. Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved aircraft flight manual. Complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports. Ensure the flight is conducted following Wing Aviation policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew. Accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with established procedures. Qualifications
Certifications And Licenses Required
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) First Class Medical Ratings: GIV PIC Experience Requirements
4-6 years of experience Medical Certificate: First-Class, valid for ATP privileges Total Flight Time: 3,500 PIC Time: 1500 Multi Engine Land: 500 Instrument: 300 Turbine Engine: 200 Time in Type: 200 Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Skilled at making proactive decisions Ability to set priorities and stay organized Ability to maintain a valid First-Class Medical certificate Uphold a service standard in an evolving regulatory environment Strong customer service skills Knowledge of and ability to comply with the 14 CFR 91 and 14 CFR 135 Operations, FAA Regulations, Aircraft Flight and Equipment manuals as well as any other information required for each flight Preferences
Prefer local candidates with appropriate rating and currency. Crew needs to live within a 2 hour call out of where the jet is based. Wing Aviation Benefits
