The Role
The Client Services Specialist at GC Realty & Development serves as a
trusted advisor to property owners and investors , ensuring their assets are managed with precision, their financial goals are met, and their investment strategies are optimized. You’ll be the
go-to expert
for our clients, managing everything from
onboarding new owners and reviewing financials
to
facilitating approvals and coordinating with internal teams —all while delivering

proactive and responsive
approach to client communication, ensuring every interaction is
handled with diligence, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset . You will navigate
negotiations, property management best practices, and financial discussions
while maintaining strong relationships with our owners. We need someone who thrives on

Your Day-to-Day
Deliver the GC Realty Experience
- Be the
face of client service , ensuring owners receive the right solutions the first time. Client Communication
- Own all
property owner interaction
via phone, email, and text, responding and striving for first-contact resolution. Ensure owners feel confident and informed about their
portfolio's performance . Proactive Outreach
- Follow our
monthly communication calendar , keeping owners informed on inspections, tenant delinquency, and other key updates. Financial Management
- Review property financials, analyze
Return on Investment (ROI) , and manage client concessions up to
$250 . Onboarding New Clients
- Ensure a
seamless start
for property owners, setting expectations and building trust from day one. Client Collections
- Assist owners with payment strategies while maintaining
strong, transparent relationships . Owner Approvals
- Manage work order approvals and turnovers, aligning property needs with owner expectations. Vacant Unit Management
- Work closely with the leasing team, ensuring timely updates and strategizing on long-standing vacancies. Resident Negotiations & Renewals
- Facilitate renewal discussions, balancing
client and resident interests . Other Duties as Assigned

What You Bring
3+ years of experience
in a
management role related to property management, asset management, or real estate investment consulting
with a focus on
property owner relations . 5+ years Property Management experience . A passion for customer service
and
problem-solving . Strong communication skills
- ability to listen, respond, and build relationships. Ability to analyze financial data
and make informed recommendations. Proactive mindset
- you don’t wait for problems, you
solve them before they happen . Ability to work in-office
in Roselle, IL, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Get Stuff Done (GSD) mentality
