The selected candidate will perform technical planning, system requirement development, requirements verification, and support reviews. The candidate responsibilities will include requirements development in DOORS and MBSE development in Cameo, in addition to coordination with design, test, and other teams. The selected candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. They will have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasks. Basic Qualifications
This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03) or Sr. Principal Systems Engineer level (T-04). Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience with Master's degree, 1 year with a PhD Sr. Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 Years of related experience; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD Required For Both Levels
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations Nice To Have
Active Top-Secret Clearance Experience with SysML, UML, or other modeling languages Experience using tools to model large systems with multiple developers Experience in Software and/or Hardware design Experience in documenting Interface Control Documents, Interface Requirement Specifications, and Interface Description Documents Position Benefits

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. Salary Range and Notes
Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $165,500.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $206,000.00 The above salary ranges are guidelines; actual offers depend on the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives may apply depending on the position and company policy.
