We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy. This high-impact role focuses on spearheading strategic partnerships, driving sales conversions, and aligning revenue growth with our companys objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven payments sales powerhouse, adept at identifying, securing, and managing partnerships across banks, FinTech & crypto. Key Responsibilities Drive Elite Sales Results: Cultivate and leverage strategic partnerships across fintech, traditional banking, and emerging sectors, from initial prospecting to deal closure, as a top-performing sales leader. Build High-Value Networks: Generate new revenue opportunities by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across three ecosystemsfintech, banking, and innovative platforms. Execute Winning Strategies: Develop and implement partner-enabled sales approaches that bridge traditional finance and next-gen solutions, unlocking mutual growth potential. Optimize Sales Pipeline: Lead the entire sales processprospecting, structuring, and revenue optimizationacross fintech, banking, and emerging channels. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends and competitor moves to identify new partnership and sales opportunities. Accelerate Deal Closure: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to speed up deal closures and drive revenue growth. Streamline Operations: Create and maintain scalable processes to manage multiple partnership channels and sales pipelines effectively.

Required Qualifications

Track record of being a top performing sales professional in payments (card processing) 3+ years of experience in sales and partnership roles Proven ability to build and maintain high-level commercial relationships Deep network in FinTech, and Banks Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Demonstrated success in full cycle sales Ability to work in NYC or Chicago office

Preferred Qualifications

Established professional network within the Web3/DeFi/Crypto/blockchain industry Previous experience in business development or sales at a fast-growing startup
