This position is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, answer product-related inquiries, and recommend effective solutions. Your role will also involve promptly addressing customer concerns to ensure they have an exceptional experience, while staying informed about product features and upholding the high-quality and visual standards of our offerings. You will play a key role in achieving outstanding customer service and consistently meeting sales targets for the store. Due to the nature of this position, you will regularly interact with customers, potentially including minors, and have access to various payment methods, sensitive personal information, and valuable merchandise. To safeguard our business operations and the wellbeing of our customers and employees, a criminal history review will be conducted. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service. Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs. Build trusting relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain thorough work order files and formulas. Select products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products as per customer specifications. Organize shelves and create appealing displays. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and presentable. Stay updated on all product offerings and convey options to customers. Adhere to inventory control processes. Contribute ideas to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work without requiring sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience selling paint or related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in more than one language. Ability to communicate in Spanish.
