Job Description Scratch Financial is a remote-friendly company seeking to grow and improve customer experiences through data-driven marketing. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will serve as a critical member of our commercial team, ensuring timely, relevant and clear communication to our applicant base, borrower clients and the veterinarians who rely on us to be at our best.
This role will be key to our growth strategy, advocating for innovation across our customer data environment and leveraging enterprise investments over the past year. The ideal candidate should be passionate about using data to create great customer experiences, across B2B and B2C, and bringing those experiences to life across all stages of the process.
What you'll do
Reporting to Scratch’s Marketing Manager, execute data-driven marketing campaigns leveraging CRM (Hubspot) and Data Warehouse (Google Cloud) data.
Work across all elements of the borrower and practice lifecycle including application, finalization and loan servicing.
Drive end-to-end campaign strategy: set targets, ensure data availability for segmentation and targeting, own campaign testing & reporting processes, and make recommendations for future optimization.
What we are looking for The ideal candidate will be curious, collaborative and driven to have an impact on results. We are seeking someone with a history of exceptional data-driven marketing campaign execution; able to partner with technology, marketing, design and operational stakeholders in a team-first environment.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience implementing and managing CRM strategies, ideally in a B2B2C or multi-sided platform environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and their integration with CRM systems.
Previous experience in planning, executing, and analyzing CRM marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets through both ad hoc research and structured approaches (e.g. A/B Testing, Attribution).
Experience in utilizing data analytics tools such as Looker, Sigma Computing, or similar.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
Relevant certifications in CRM platforms or data analytics preferred.
Experience working in FinTech, HCIT or similarly regulated industries preferred.

Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 - $110,000
