Within EY-Parthenon\'s Strategy and Execution sub service line, the Supply Chain practice works on complex global transactions and supply chain transformations. We are a group of experienced strategy and transaction professionals with a background in supply chain and operations who work across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors, bringing deep sector and supply chain knowledge to complex transactions and transformations. Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon\'s Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, you\'ll work with leading supply chain organizations and engage across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign due diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) of the most complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures. You\'ll help clients solve complex supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions that transform the supply chain and improve performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, and deliver/return functions. A bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience. MBA is preferred. Significant management consulting experience. Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience leading and managing in complex business environments. Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships internally and externally. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary. Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary range of $250,000 to $290,000, plus a Total Rewards program (health coverage, pension/401(k), PTO, and other benefits). Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are expected to work 40-60% in person over the course of an engagement, project or year.
