We are on a mission to eliminate costly fleet downtime by transforming how service is sourced and managed. Our platform delivers instant incident triage, intelligent repair-matching, centralized fleet payments, and a real-time maintenance dashboardseamlessly connecting fleets, OEMs, and service providers for faster, more reliable repairs. As Head of Product, youll lead from 0?1, shaping the vision, driving execution, and building a product that redefines uptime in the freight and fleet industry. This role will start in the lab and transition to the newly created company upon launch. Youll partner with corporate stakeholders, business operations, engineering, and design to build a game-changing mobility startup from the ground up. Were looking for a highly technical product leader with early-stage startup experience, exceptional user research and product strategy skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Youll own the process end-to-endfrom insight generation to roadmap executiondriving lean, agile development to deliver a solution that creates maximum value for users and equity holders. Responsibilities
Act as the voice of the customer in defining innovative digital solutions and ensure best practices in development delivery Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product to what is desirable, viable, and feasible In some ventures, assume the role of interim general manager for successful venture execution Construct robust user research to identify key personas, pain points, needs, and journeys Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps Lead strategic planning and prioritization of the product roadmap, considering capital spend against budget Gather and manage product feedback via surveys, concept testing, analytics, and A/B testing Monitor and report on product KPIs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering) or equivalent experience 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS startups Product Leadership: proven ability to lead 0?1 development through MVP launch and scale; skilled in user research, opportunity sizing, and translating ethnographic insights into product strategy; strong background in marketplace, workflow automation, and payment platform products; experience defining OKRs, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution Technical & Analytical Strength: AI experience, comfortable with integrations and complex data models (service history, parts tracking, asset lifecycle); data-driven decision-maker to set priorities and measure impact High adaptability in venture-build environments; thriving in ambiguity and resource-constrained conditions End-to-end product ownership from strategy to execution and post-launch optimization Ability to work with fleets, OEMs, and service shop leadership to validate solutions; comfortable navigating B2B enterprise sales cycles Preferred Domain Expertise
Multi-sided platform experience in freight tech, logistics marketplaces, or similar B2B networks Fleet management software experience with telematics, asset lifecycle tracking, or maintenance scheduling Aftermarket service operations knowledge (service shop workflows, OEMdealer relationships, vendor coordination) Location & Work Model
Location: Santa Monica, CA. Hybrid work environment: in-office MondayThursday; remote on Fridays. Travel: 6+ weeks per year. Seniority level
