* **Project Management:** Planning, tracking and driving the technology deliverables in support of the projects worked on by the US Data and CRM Technology team. Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan. Monitor milestones; ensure they are completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk.* **Audit Planning and Execution:** Develop and execute audit plans for technical projects. Conduct fieldwork and reporting of assurance and advisory engagements. Identify and evaluate risks and controls in business processes* **Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:** Ensure adherence to financial regulatory requirements, audits, and compliance standards relevant to technology initiatives. Collect and provide artifacts to auditors within tight timeframes.* **Risk Management:** Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project success. Develop recommendations to improve the control environment* **Collaboration:** Work closely with other technical project managers and engineering teams to coordinate meetings, collect data and information, and providing guidance and support for compliance and audit requests.* **Communication and Leadership Skills:** Provide training, and mentoring colleagues in project governance and controls. Assisting developers and engineers with identifying required technologies and services for intended technology solutions. Develop trusted working relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
