Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

PCI Government Services LLC H2 PCI, a sister company of PCI Government Services, is seeking a qualified candidate for an upcoming opportunity. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position may have the opportunity to be remote. H2 PCI is seeking to establish support services for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the IRS Criminal Investigation Special Investigative Techniques (SIT) systems and deliver enhancements across all SIT-related data sources. Our solution will define, develop, and implement improvements that streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enable better decision-making. The solution will include, but not limited to: Deployment and integration support for all existing and future SIT systems and databases. Operational enhancement that integrates existing systems to be viewed, updated, and used to generate reports and metrics. Automated workflow processing while simultaneously, seamlessly, updating related systems. Enhanced protection and securing of sensitive data. Conducts quality assurance (QA) and testing activities for SIT development and enhancements. The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist develops and executes test plans, scripts, and procedures in compliance with IRS and OneSDLC standards. Ensures deliverables meet functional, performance, accessibility (508), and security requirements.
Job Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools System Testing & Evaluation aligned with IRM 2.127 Performance Testing and Section 508 Compliance Testing FISMA/NIST compliance verification SQL Server for test data preparation and validation Documentation of test results and defect tracking
