CACI International Inc Location: Annapolis Junction, MD area. Time Type: Full time. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI. Travel: Up to 25% (Continental US). This role focuses on expanding the Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business (LOB) and requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in growing new and existing business within federal contracting. The successful candidate will be located in Maryland with direct and recent knowledge of the tenants and organizations at NSA and CYBERCOM and will possess a demonstrated, quantifiable track record in growing and expanding business. They will have customer organizational and mission insight to leverage CACI’s capabilities to meet customer needs, a strong personal brand and network, and the ability to interact with customer leadership, industry peers, and internal executives. The role involves developing a multi-year pipeline and leading large captures and growth initiatives in the Annapolis Junction market. The position reports to the LOB Business Development SVP and primarily serves to identify and drive new business program wins across seven divisions within the Mission and Engineering Support LOB.

Responsibilities

Lead business development activities within the Annapolis Junction market for CACI’s Mission and Engineering Support LOB with a primary focus on developing and winning new business. Collaborate with LOB Divisions and support organizations (capture management, proposal development, pricing, talent acquisition, etc.) to identify, develop and qualify opportunities to achieve multi-year growth goals. Work across CACI and other LOBs to achieve strategic objectives and enhance CACI’s brand within the customer market. Develop winning teaming strategies, competitive analysis, price analysis, white papers, and highly rated proposals. Market CACI, set customer expectations, and shape opportunities by creating white papers, sponsoring demonstrations, and responding to RFIs and similar activities; organize participants and lead collaboration to completion. Communicate opportunities and considerations to executive leadership via Milestone Reviews and other channels to support timely decisions. Engage customers to identify and shape opportunities and provide actionable intelligence back to BD, LOB, and functional teams. Develop on-contract growth opportunities for existing contracts. Maintain a strong network of customer contacts and familiarity with major programs and upcoming initiatives. Qualifications

Required: Minimum 12 years Federal contracting business development experience with at least five years with companies >$1B annual revenue. Proven ability to develop and execute a sustainable multi-year pipeline of opportunities. Ability to execute BD with operational and functional leadership with minimal supervision. Strong leadership and collaboration in client presentations and in forming winning teams; proven negotiation experience with potential teammates. Proven ability to develop and manage multiple large opportunities (> $75M) simultaneously and to win opportunities greater than $75M. Knowledge of Shipley BD and capture framework. Bachelor’s degree or significant related experience in lieu of a degree. Currently possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance (Polymer clearance desired). Desired: Minimum five (5) years BD experience specifically in the NSA services market. Experience developing mission support, systems engineering and technical application opportunities.
