Overview

This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York City. The work location is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Product Manager to lead the Premium Discovery team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping prospective Premium members discover the benefits of Premium that match their professional goals and intent. You’ll drive critical touchpoints in the Premium funnel — placing members into the right plan, helping members upgrade as their needs grow, and building experiences that fuel viral growth. As part of LinkedIn’s Growth organization, you’ll move fast, run experiments, and iterate relentlessly to drive both member success and business impact. We’re looking for a member-first, metrics-oriented PM who thrives in high-velocity environments and is excited to scale our subscription business. Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap: Lead the product roadmap for Premium Discovery, focusing on high quality solutions that deliver measurable impact and delight members. Drive Discoverability of Premium: increase top-of-funnel traffic to the Premium signup flow. Identify high-impact entry points across LinkedIn, surface the right value props, and experiment with design, timing, and targeting to maximize visibility and engagement. Lead cross-functional teams: Partner with design, engineering, business operations, product marketing, data science, and other stakeholders to bring end-to-end solutions to market. Experiment rapidly: Plan and execute iterative A/B tests; analyze outcomes to refine product features and accelerate learning. Drive collaboration and alignment: Manage partnerships and stakeholder relationships across LinkedIn, ensuring product initiatives align with broader company objectives. Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn. Build team culture: Contribute toward a team culture focused on high-velocity decision making, member empathy, and learning. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Highly curious and motivated by learning Experience working on mass-market consumer products in a technology company Experience in product growth, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and driving acquisition and conversion at scale Ability to collaborate, manage, and lead across highly cross-functional teams Strong communication skills Analytical acumen and comfort making data-driven decisions UX / User Experience Suggested Skills
