Director, FI Distribution Enablement

The Analytics & Commercialization Team seeks a Director of Distribution Enablement to provide essential support with vitality and emerging product enablement, distribution strategy, lead generation, targeting, and measurement to enable sales execution by our distribution teams, including Intermediary and Institutional, in collaboration with Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Analytics and Commercialization teams. Responsibilities
Partner closely with teams and individuals across FI to translate pivotal initiatives into execution plans, develop key metrics and data to track performance, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Collaborate with Distribution and Specialist teams to develop and implement segmentation plans and targeting strategy to accelerate the sale of emerging products; develop a framework to identify new opportunities, optimize relationships, inform scorecard and KPI metrics, and design a cross-functional coverage model. Build strong presentations and data visualizations that convey analytical findings and recommended actions to inform and influence decision-makers; develop insights that build consensus around initiatives and inform stakeholders of progress or hurdles. Research and synthesize internal (FI/Enterprise) and external (market/industry) trends to inform distribution strategy and execution. Engage with FI leadership to shape the operating model and streamline interactions with shared services teams. Provide program management and execution support as needed for broad FI distribution initiatives and specific Analytics and Commercialization needs; keep stakeholders aligned and updated. Ensure readiness with data for reporting, compensation, metrics, and instrumentation. The Expertise And Skills You Bring

Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills with outstanding business insight. Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with a broad range of roles and expertise. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and concisely, adapting style to different audiences; capable of influencing Fidelity leadership through high-quality presentations. Intellectual curiosity and tenacity to develop creative problem-solving approaches. Interest and ability to build well-rounded investment acumen.
